The pale lager has a nose that moves from
sweet to arid, but united by cereal grains. The flavour has a similar
profile, beginning sweetly and ending with dry bitterness.
The
beer is refreshing, but not exactly crisp, and that gives a sensation
of thinness. Some more carbonation might have really helped a lot.
However, the highly grainy flavour profile is pretty agreeable.
